UNCG Esports – Campus Gaming Hub & Varsity Teams at UNCG

Located in Moran Commons on the UNCG campus in Greensboro, North Carolina, the Esports Arena spans approximately 3,300 square feet and offers high-performance PCs, three console bays and a VR setup—inviting students of all skill levels to dive into gaming, competition and content creation. The facility supports both casual play and structured programs, enabling club members to practise, teams to compete and students to explore streaming or broadcast production within a supportive environment.

Beyond recreation, UNCG Esports integrates with academic pathways and career development such as the Esports Management concentration and digital certificate. The club side of the program boasts 18 + teams across 12 game titles and welcomes hundreds of members, offering an inclusive community where casual gamers meet competitive players and all can engage in social gaming, tournaments, and coaching support.
