NETWAR – Game Marathon for Charity: Gaming & Community in Nebraska

Nebraska’s premier non-profit LAN-party organizer—bringing large-scale BYOC community events to Omaha regularly. NETWAR brings gamers from every walk of life to some of the region’s most memorable LAN parties and esports festivals. Run as a heart-driven, volunteer-powered nonprofit, it’s less about profit and more about shared passion—and big-hearted impact.

Every few months, gamers bring their own PCs or consoles to rally for multiplayer tournaments, casual showdowns, and endless marathon matches. It’s a BYOC (bring-your-own-gear) adventure, where attendees can drop in or dive deep into the esports tournaments that run alongside the free-for-all play.

But NETWAR is about more than gaming—it’s built on community. Attendees can win big raffle prizes, and every event supports Gamers Outreach by funding GO Karts—portable gaming carts that bring play to children in hospitals across Omaha. To date, NETWAR has funded and deployed over 22 units to local healthcare centers.
