Game Square University of Technology Sydney (UTS) – Sydney’s Dual Gaming Experience: PC & Console Lounges

A high-tech esports hub located inside UTS Tower, featuring gaming PCs, training rooms, and streaming setups. Supported by Red Bull, GameSquare, and UTS, fully operational as of 2023.

Game Square operates two modern gaming lounges located within UTS Building 10 at 235 Jones Street, Ultimo, NSW 2007 — the Red Bull Gaming Hub UTS and the Game Square Console Lounge. The Red Bull Gaming Hub features 22 high-spec PCs, a 12-seat tournament stage, and an open, student-friendly layout built for both casual gaming and esports training. Designed in collaboration with the University of Technology Sydney and powered by Zowie and OMEN hardware, it serves as an on-campus hub for competitive play and social sessions alike.

Right next door, the Game Square Console Lounge offers a more relaxed atmosphere featuring console stations, couch setups and local co-op titles for casual fun and group gatherings. Both venues are open to the public, though UTS students enjoy discounted rates — typically starting around A$ 8 per hour. Together, these spaces form one of Sydney’s most balanced gaming environments, uniting the professional polish of esports training with the comfort and sociability of lounge-style play.
