Housed in Gold Building rooms 105 and 107, New Mexico Tech’s varsity esports lab is a dynamic hub where competitive play meets friendly camaraderie. This is the training ground for the NMT Miners esports teams, where players sharpen skills across games like Rocket League, Super Smash Bros, Valorant, and League of Legends. It’s a space where team pride and playful energy collide under one roof.

Beyond varsity competition, gaming spreads its wings through outreach programs like the free Esports Gaming Academy, hosted on summer Saturdays for middle and high school students. Participants get a taste of varsity-level equipment and coaching while exploring healthcare and media careers in gaming.
